1. Take the Mersey Ferry across the Mersey
The famed Liverpool skyline, dominated by the Liver Structures, is a stunning sight during the day and night when the buildings light up and glimmer across the river. You will see the scenery best from outside the city. Taking an hour-long round-trip boat ride is a must-do for tourists!
2. Enjoy a night of bar hopping
If you want to go out at night, Liverpool offers it all. Whatever your scene is, you can find it here. 3. Take a look at Liverpool ONE
Liverpool was named the European Capital of Culture in 2008, which resulted in a number of outstanding projects throughout the city, including the Liverpool ONE retail centre. This is by far one of the best places to shop in the United Kingdom. Large branches of major high street businesses and Harvey Nichols Beauty Bazaar. Three decadent levels of make-up, skincare, fragrance, and haircare, are among the highlights.
4. Investigate Bold Street
Bold Street, which boasts eccentric shops and cafés, is one of the most popular areas in Liverpool’s city centre. The shell of St Luke’s Church, which was damaged during WWII and now hosts art projects each summer, dominates the Street. Visit an exhibition.
5. Take advantage of the independent restaurants
The food in Liverpool is one of the finest things about the city. Spending a few days eating your way through the city is a lot of fun. Over the last several years, the number of fascinating dining alternatives has expanded. New eateries are continuously sprouting up all over the city.
